Handyman required

A competent multi skilled tradesman required for maintenance and small construction duties. Ideally the candidate should have experience with woodworking, plumbing, electrics, be able to work on a variety of maintenance tasks and undertake minor repairs. Carpentry skills, as well as knowledge and ability to use wide variety of tools essential. The Handyman must be able to do painting, decorating, carpentry, tiling, ceiling repairs, repair door locks, some minor plumbing work and have good electrical knowledge and experience. Handyman Tasks

• Small repairs to walls including filling and painting

Painter and Decorator

We have requirement for a Painter and Decorator to work on commercial and domestic refurbishment projects in London area. This position will involve all aspects of interior and exterior painting and decorating. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working on refurbishment work. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well known London Handyman Company. Must be able to work alone and be willing to travel. Full time position available for suitable candidate.

Job Description of Van Delivery Service Driver

Drive a van, primarily to deliver or pick up goods or to deliver goods within London area. May require load and unload van. Drive vehicle in order to transport goods to and from specified destinations such as customer’s homes, premises and offices within London. Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition. Read maps, and follow written and verbal geographic directions. Verify the contents of inventory loads against delivery notes.
